Did you know that lacks of leadership and cooperation are parts of the biggest reasons why people fail? In a sailboat, you can only have one captain. The right person for the job has to inspire the team to make sure they go in the right direction. Could he go as fast as possible alone? No. It is always a team effort and everybody is equally important.

Did you know that if your payroll exceeds $2 million, this activity could be reimbursed by Revenu Quebec allowed at least 1% of the payroll to be spent on eligible training expenditures? If you are a start-up, don’t worry, our plan starts at 47.50$/h per person.

Your instructors are all enthusiastic sailors with an International sailing experience that is used to work with different levels of sailing. Our Olympic level instructor will be able to connect to your group through their experience sailing. Be ready for challenges that will require your best creativity and resourcefulness as a group.

Absolutely. It is not because you have a weakness that it means that you don’t have other useful strength. We will take the extra time to make you feel secure and find what works the best for you.
We will notify you 48h in advance if the forecast looks very bad and discuss an alternative. Thankfully, Montreal’s wind is consistent so this shouldn’t be a worry. You have a sailor keeping an eye for that.
In Lake of Two-Mountains. If you think Montreal is beautiful, wait to be on the water. It is just magical. Just you, your friends and mother nature pushing the boat forward.
You would need your typical sun protection kit (suncream, cap and sunglasses). We will provide you with the lifejackets. It is always a good habit to bring a long sleeve or at least a windbreaker in case it gets windier or colder.
